With the maintenance plans of Alamex, we take care of performing preventive maintenance to offer you more time of operation, availability and predictability of your equipment.

Our maintenance plans are carried out by experienced technical service engineers or lifting equipment specialists. We sit down with you to plan a maintenance program based on your needs and the operational pattern. Next, we take care of the rest. We carry out the regular maintenance, replace the wear parts when necessary and guarantee that your equipment works accurately and reliably until the next revision.

Basic and preventive maintenance with monthly frequency in machine room, machine, bucket, cabin and pit (includes change of lamps, ballasts, fuses, shoes that are elements of wear) . Cleaning, lubrication and adjustment.

Telephone attention to operation clients, for faults and emergency calls. In a schedule from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

Rescue call attention 24/7.

Basic and preventive maintenance with monthly frequency in machine room, machine, bucket, cabin and pit (includes change of lamps, ballasts, fuses, shoes that are elements of wear). Change of parts previous quotation authorized by the client.

Basic and preventive maintenance with ample coverage in exchange for cab and machine spare parts, including wear elements, lighting and indicators.
